Cristian Nauffal

 Born in the Colombian Caribbean, Cristian Naufal quickly knew that his calling was cooking. At the age of 17, he began his culinary journey at the best restaurant in Colombia before heading to Argentina to deepen his knowledge of cooking and pastry at one of the best schools in Latin America. After broadening his horizons in France to explore French cuisine and pursue studies in hotel management, he gained valuable experience working in prestigious restaurants, such as the Michelin-starred restaurant Substance in Paris, as well as in more atypical street food concepts. His expertise now spans several world cuisines, but his favorite recipes remain those from Latin American cuisine.

Today, as a Chef at Mmmmh, he invites you to explore his creations and share his passion for a cuisine rich in flavors and discoveries, during his culinary workshops.
