Alessandro di Sarno
Born in 1975 on the sunny island of Capri, Alessandro Di Sarno is a passionate ambassador of Italian cuisine. A graduate of the Capri hospitality school, he began his career in the restaurant industry at one of the island's most prestigious hotels. In 1997, he moved to Berlin and honed his expertise in several Italian restaurants, including the renowned "Sale e Tabacchi," where he discovered an innovative and sophisticated approach to Italian gastronomy.
His creativity and talent led him to rank among the top 16 contestants on the television show Kochchampion in 2008. With a rich and varied career, Alessandro has developed a unique style that blends respect for tradition with bold flavor combinations, offering reinvented and memorable Italian dishes.
