Yvan Coppieters

Yvan discovered his passion for wine 20 years ago, somewhat by chance, and since then, this passion has only grown. With no initial knowledge of wine, he went to Burgundy, in the heart of French vineyards, to train, before settling in Cahors, known for its intense red wines. For over 10 years, he worked in a vineyard before becoming the manager of a wine cellar. In 2015, he returned to Belgium with extensive experience and several qualifications, ready to share his expertise.

Today, as a wine expert at Mmmmh, Yvan invites you to discover the art of food and wine pairing during culinary workshops, where he puts his know-how at your service to awaken your taste buds. He will also guide you through the team-building activity "Intoduction to Wine Tasting" and invites you to experience a unique moment in Brussels, Louvain-la-Neuve, Namur, and throughout Belgium.
