Since his childhood, Geoffrey has been passionate about cooking. Naturally, he trained at a hospitality school before working in several renowned Michelin-starred restaurants such as l’Air du Temps, Arabelle Meirlean, le Chai Gourmand, and Philippe Fauchet. Geoffrey is a true lover of spices and a curious enthusiast of the history of dishes and their origins. He enjoys traveling through flavors and sharing convivial moments around cooking. His goal? To elevate simple products by presenting them in multiple ways to offer an unforgettable culinary experience. As a Chef at Mmmmh, he invites you to share his passion through enriching cooking workshops, full of conviviality and discovery.
