Déborah Gillyns, a chocolatier and gastronome, draws her inspiration from quality products: a vine peach ripened on the tree or cacao beans from Costa Rica… the possibilities for creation are endless.
A true epicurean, Déborah is also passionate about gourmet cuisine and world cuisines, such as Thai cuisine. With extensive experience in the kitchens of chefs like Sang Hoon Degeimbre, she combines tradition and innovation in her creations.
