Julie Malcorps

Julie first studied veterinary medicine at the Catholic University of Louvain-La-Neuve, but it was later in her life that she had a true awakening for pastry. After working in service in Michelin-starred restaurants from her teenage years, she made a radical change in 2016 when she accepted a pastry chef position at a newly opened small restaurant. This marked the beginning of her culinary journey!
After a year and a half refining her techniques at the same restaurant, Julie wanted to deepen her learning by joining some of the most prestigious gastronomic addresses in Brussels. She honed her skills at Châlet de la Forêt**, before becoming Pastry Chef at Arabelle Meirlaen* and, just three and a half years after her beginnings, taking the position of Pastry Chef at L'Air du Temps**.
