Alexandre Lerouge

 Alexandre Lerouge, chef at Mmmmh, developed a passion for cooking at an early age, captivated by the aromas and flavors wafting from his grandmother's pots and pans. A graduate of culinary school, he honed his skills in London under renowned chefs such as Bruno Loubet and Gordon Ramsay, where he mastered the discipline and creativity of Michelin-starred kitchens.

Upon returning to Belgium, Alexandre expanded his expertise with studies in psycho-pedagogy before teaching at a culinary school for seven years, an experience that now enhances his skills as a trainer.
