Lisa discovered her passion for pastry and cooking from a very young age. After studying management, she joined the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, where she deepened her knowledge of gastronomic cuisine and French cooking techniques, learning from Michelin-starred chefs. Upon returning to Belgium, Lisa specialized in pastry and Asian cuisine, exploring new flavors and techniques. Today, as a Chef at Mmmmh, she shares her expertise in pastry and cooking, guiding you through cooking classes with precision and enthusiasm.
