Alejandro Patricio Bego Salgado Bueno

Born in Marbella, Patricio grew up in a cosmopolitan environment, between an Italo-French restaurateur father and a Spanish mother. From an early age, he was immersed in the aromas of family cooking, passed down with passion by his mother and grandmother.
Originally from the world of sports, he first became interested in dietary cuisine, before broadening his horizons through his travels. From France to Italy, including the Netherlands, England, Portugal, Croatia and the Scandinavian countries, each stop enriched his culinary approach, shaped by curiosity and respect for local traditions.
He joined the kitchens of the French gastronomic restaurant Charlotte, where he launched Zingari Traiteur, a personal project focused on Mediterranean cuisine. Patricio then took the lead in Wallonia’s kitchens during major cultural events. Always on the move, he brought Don P to life in Liège: an inventive cuisine combining fusion, global street food, and inspirations gathered throughout his travels.
Whether for a cooking workshop with friends or a corporate teambuilding event, such as Team Cooking, Combat des Chefs, Grand Restaurant, or Team Lunch, Nicolas invites you to experience a unique cooking class in Brussels, Louvain-la-Neuve, Namur, and across Belgium.
